OFFICIAL NOTICE OF BHMM SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

The Board of Directors of the Black Hills Mining Museum during its August 13, 2026, business meeting passed a motion to set a special membership meeting for Friday, September 4, 2026, to be held at Dakota Gold’s Roundhouse, 106 Glendale Drive, Lead, SD. The meeting is scheduled to begin after the conclusion of the Fall Mining Banquet, which should be around 8:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an organizational update, gather feedback on proposed updated Bylaws, and to elect 7 directors to expiring or vacant positions.
