2024 BHMM Annual Members’ Meeting

Join us Tuesday, January 30th at Dakota Gold’s Roundhouse Banquet Hall at 106 Glendale Dr. Lead, SD.

Tickets go on sale January 1st, 2024.

Schedule of Events

Starts at 6:00pm. The event will be catered by Cheyenne Crossing.

• Tickets: $50 and are required to attend the banquet portion of the evening. (Please note that processing fees are added to online purchases.)

• Ticket Sales: begin January 1st and end at 5:00 pm on January 20th.
• Venue seating: limits dinner attendees to 100 people.

7:30pm – Membership Business Meeting

• • Update from the Board of Directors
  • Update about the New Facility Project
  • Election of members to serve on the Board of Directors

• • Attendees: Non-members and Members

  • Business Meeting: Dinner attendees are not required or obligate to stay after dinner.

  • Meeting Vote: Only current dues-paid members may vote. (New 2024 membership form)

  • Cost: No charge or registration required for the business meeting itself.

  • Capital Campaign: All attendees are encouraged to participate in the museum’s capital campaign for the new facility by making a contribution or pledge.
